Dean joined the company with a wealth of practical experience and a thirst for knowledge. Having progressed through surveying and estimating training Dean also undertook project management and has a flair for design. Steady progress made him the ideal choice for the role of managing director with the company founders safe in the knowledge that the core principles will continue.

Rob joined us with practical experience and undertook a supervising role with enthusiasm and gained his CSSW qualification prior to taking on the role of contracts manager. A lively character who gets things done.
